Important It is important that you do not upload personal information, such as an image or video of, or text identifying, yourself or someone else, into the Model. If you think someone may have uploaded your personal information into the Model let us know using the information under "Contact Us" below.

Feedback or correspondence, including any information you provide us when you contact us with questions, feedback, reviews, or otherwise communicate with us.

Your preferences and interests, including how you prefer to receive communications about our activities and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications or ads.

Transaction and payment information, like your credit card information, which we collect when you make a payment to us.

Information collected from other sources

Discord. Note that some of our Services are available on Discord. Whenever you use Discord, you and your information are subject to the  Discord Privacy Policy . If you interact with our Services over Discord, Discord may provide us with information associated with your Discord account.

Interacting with us online

We use certain technologies and tracking tools on our website and app, such as cookies. Cookies are snippets of data stored by a web browser (for example, Chrome, Safari or Firefox web browsers). We may also use pixels, beacons, web analytics services, and other technologies. These tools provide us with information about your usage of our Services. This information helps us operate, improve and protect our Services. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to better understand your use of our website. Advertising identifiers for mobile devices are also collected. Google may use the data collected for its own purposes, including to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Our Privacy Practices

How we protect your information

We have implemented safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. Only authorized personnel have access to your information. International transfers and storage

Our key teams are located in Canada, Dubai and India, and we have staff and service providers located around the globe. This means that, just like in your home jurisdiction, we or a third party may be required to disclose your information in response to valid demands or requests made by governments, regulators, courts and law enforcement authorities in these other jurisdictions.

Destruction and retention

We retain your information only as long as we need it for the purposes we collected it. We have procedures to help us determine the appropriate length of time we will retain your information. The length of time we retain the information depends on the relevant Service, the sensitivity of the information, and the purposes for which we use it. Automated decisions

In case you didn't notice, our Model makes automated decisions about the image or video to generate. These decisions are based on the prompts you make, the other content you upload, as well as other data previously fed into the Model (including by other users). Resources available on our Services, including our  Help Centre , also help describe how our Model works and its limitations.

As a reminder, do not upload personal information into the Model. If you went ahead and did this this anyway and have a question or concern, contact us using the information under "Contact Us" below.

Children

Our Services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly handle personal information about anyone under 14 years of age. If you think we may be handling personal information about anyone under 14 please contact us immediately using the information below.

Your Choices

Subject to legal, business or contract requirements, you can withdraw your consent to our collection, use and sharing of information at any time by giving us reasonable notice. However, withdrawing your consent may limit our ability to provide our Services to you.
